What is The Hideout?

The Hideout is a small, premium private lounge (30–50 m²) with a cinema-grade projector screen, sunken seating, mood lighting and great sound bookable by the hour for match nights, dates, birthdays, team hangs or movie marathons.

We place them in the heart of the neighborhood, not the mall so access is easy, prices are fair, and the space truly belongs to the community.

Why It Works

Traditional real estate in Ghana is expensive, slow, and hard to manage. The Hideout flips that model.

Each Hideout is a 30–50 m² unit that combines premium interior design with a simple booking system. We don’t buy land we rent small existing spaces in popular areas where rent is low but traffic is high.

That means we spend less to build and earn more, faster.

We keep it simple, people book The Hideout by the hour.

That means monthly income of roughly GH₵ 30,000 – 41,000 ($2000 – $2,733), depending on the area, events, and seasonality.

After deducting expenses, the profit margin typically ranges from 35% to 55%, all of which goes back to the co-owners through the GhanaLink system.

The Expansion Plan

We’re starting with 10 Hideouts across Accra , from Nima to Dansoman, Madina to Tema.
Each site will serve its own neighborhood while being part of one connected GhanaLink network.
